Initial Consultation

Initial consultations are free of charge. They can be in person or over the telephone.

Criminal Misdemeanors

The fee for most adult criminal misdemeanors is in the $500 to $750 range.

DUI/DWI

Fees for DUI cases can vary dramatically. However, the fee for most first and second time DUI cases is in the range of $600 to $1,000.

Traffic Misdemeanors

The fee for most adult misdemeanor traffic charges is in the range of $500 to $750. These include Reckless Driving, Hit & Run Driving, Driving Without a License or Driving with a Suspended Operator's License.

Felonies

Fees for most felony cases are in the range of $2,000 to $5,000.
